16 Moving and Machine cardio exercises were added in version 5.6.
For further cardio-related features, please open new requests (to add new exercises, if you could provide a demonstration video that'd help a lot).
We're working next on "Health imports" (https://feedback.calistree.com/requests/p/health-data-import) to track cardio with other apps and import those logs into Calistree.
Louis Deveseleer
We're now testing the new cardio activities! If you'd like to get early access to this new feature, please email us at info@calistree.com and let us know your account email to be added to the beta-tester group.
Note: We'll add Health imports and more cardio activities in the update after this one.

Yes, consider different types of cardio such as zone 2 training for endurance, Vo2Max 4x4 (norwegian protocol), or High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT), 5-10 series of 5 - 10 min zone 1 or 2 followed by 30-60s zone 4-5.
Biking, swimming, rowing, running, among others

I strongly support this idea (+1).
As someone who practices multiple sports actively (tennis, skiing, mountain biking) alongside calisthenics, I find that fitness apps consistently lack the ability to incorporate this varied activity data.
The current algorithms base their estimations as if we only participated in the specific sport the app specializes in, when in reality, many of us participate in multiple disciplines that all contribute to our overall fitness levels and recovery needs.
Having a more comprehensive tracking system would provide significantly more accurate assessments and recommendations.

I ve now created different runningactivities Like
easy 5km Run with <135 Heartrate...
Intervall running 1km With <145 Heartrate then 6*400 Meter Increase runs then 2km easy Run...
Also a 10 km Run
All runs as custom calistree Activities.
But i don't know how to assign the muscle-Segments to it ... Thats Something we can do With steady state exercices then, If I understood correctly :-))
Btw: I have scheduled the runs so that they are allways on rest days when i'm not doing calisthenics :-)
Louis Deveseleer
Luca Schmidt Did you create different custom exercises, or only one for Running?
When it is added to the app, you'll be able to log the distance and time. It will also take the activity into account for the strength and cardio experience.
(Running between the strength training days is a very good idea!)

Louis Deveseleer yes I created different custom Activities for each distance and the IntervallRun.
Exactly, when its being added, I'll only use one run activity :-)
As most of the runners are tracking their heartrate - that might be also a good additionally metric to Log (average heartrate).

One of the advantages would be also, that the app would knowwhen e.g. your legs needs a Pause after a running activity, so that it would not suggest Leg muscle Trainings directly Afterwards.
Louis Deveseleer
Luca Schmidt For sure! To get the full benefit from the Experience profiles as a way to measure muscle fatigue and gains across the board, it will be good to track all kinds of physical activity in Calistree. The steady-state exercises will be a big step in that direction.

hiking/trekking would be the cherry on the cake for me :D
