I would suggest those exercised would be taken into account when the program is regenerated. For example, I'm I locked a deadlift, hamstring exercised should be avoided or suggest ones that complement with it.

I really need these. To improve strength there are some exercises I need to do them for 4 weeks, if I lock them, I can generate or update the program but keep some of them still there.
