Option to disable new suggestions popups

A recent update added occasional "helpful" popups: "this exercise might be too intense for now", "you're really good at __, consider changing it to..", etc.

Please add an option to disable these. If other folks like them, great; for me they are intrusive and distracting.

Rather than complicating the UI further, the suggestions are not shown automatically anymore. We'll work in the future on better, more accurate suggestions, and less intrusive, before making them more visible again.
