If you have to take time off for whatever reason (vacation, injury, deload, off season, on season, whatever), then it would be nice to have the app drop you back a little in intensity to ramp back into the workouts instead of just continuing from where you left off. My main sport is climbing and I have been using Calistree to get stronger for climbing, but also have some calisthenics goals. Every 2 or 3 months I like to stop my non-climbing exercise and focus on just climbing for a few weeks. I do this a few times a year. Sometimes it is planned and sometimes it is due to travel, illness, family, motivation, work, kids, etc. It would be nice to hit a "Resume" or "Re-load" button and ramp back into the program you were already doing. This is kind of like https://feedback.calistree.com/requests/p/mesocycles-and-deload-weeks, but more ad-hoc and less planned. I actually just got an email from Calistree saying it missed me. This feature could be tied to whatever sends that message also.
