We have over 1300 exercises in the library, so it is unavoidable to have some mistakes slip into production. It would be good to have an easy way for users to report issues, whether it's a typo in the description, a muscle missing from the characterization, or another alternative name.

We could add a "report issue" button on the datasheet, which would open a window where they can enter the description of the issue.

This could work similarly to the way Custom exercises "Request to add officially" works, with stages in the request and a chat window with the admin.
